IIC Viewer is the application that allows you to access Image. InfoCards information on any picture. You should remember that you can only get IIC information on a picture, if such information is present, of course.
If the picture does not have embedded IIC info, you can do it yourself with the IIC Publisher application. IIC Viewer has a simplified user-interface to make it the most user-friendly possible. It can also act as a regular picture viewer.
